For the first time in the history of Egypt, and the Arab region. Miss Egypt (Ms.) Sarah Wanas was crowned. And she is a single mom.

The chairwoman of the beauty pageant “Miss Egypt” Competition stated that the title of Miss was awarded to Ms. Sarah Wanas. She is considered the first single mom to obtain this title in the history of Egypt and the Arab region as an independent working mom.

Sarah Wanas works as a business developer and advertising director at the largest jewelry company in Qatar & GCC region. Sarah graduated from Virginia Commonwealth university “VCU” with Bachelors of Fine Arts & Fashion Design. Her career journey was then Fashion and high jewellery business oriented. Her career in fine jewellery and watches had lead to a vast network with all luxury international brands.
