This video was shot and edited by Harajuku’s #2 ranked decora, Non (@anonil637). Non-chan is a Japanese film student, so please let her know if you like her shooting/editing style. This Neo Decora meetup was held in late September, when it should be getting cooler in Tokyo, but it still feels like summer. That didn’t stop the kawaii-loving Harajuku decora from coming out and having fun with their friends, walking around the streets of Harajuku, and enjoying the Monday public holiday. We see a lot of familiar faces, and some new people too, including a couple of kawaii little ones.
