What I Eat in a Day - Day 7 of the Budget Meal Plan!
For some of you, the school week is beginning, and I wanted to create a meal plan that is not only budget-friendly but also convenient and quick to prepare.
This was probably my favorite day of eating on a budget. On the weekends, I always crave something sweet for breakfast, so this grilled peach with cottage cheese was a must-have. You can also make this for dessert or a snack; it’s that good! Our entire weekly menu came out to under $75, and we created 21 meals from this.
Day 7:
Morning: Water
Breakfast: Grilled Peach with cottage cheese, maple syrup and home made granola.
Lunch: Mediterranean sandwich ( hummus, cucumber, tomato and fried egg)
Dinner: Mexican Inspired Stuffed Sweet Potatoes
