𝗦𝗵𝗮𝗽𝗲𝗱 𝗯𝘆 𝓝𝓲𝓴𝓪: Day 2 ✌🏼 ~ A little bit of an 𝗶𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗱𝗲 𝗹𝗼𝗼𝗸 at what went down during the second day of my 2 day dance intensive! 👀🔥…These dancers 𝘀𝗼𝗮𝗸𝗲𝗱 𝗶𝗻 𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘆𝘁𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗴 from Saturday’s training and showed up even more 𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗱𝘆 𝘁𝗼 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗺𝗶𝘁 on Sunday. They were not 👏🏼 playing👏🏼 ‼️ #shapedbynika #nikakljunchoreography 👟🧚🏻

In this intensive, I pushed my students to the 𝗻𝗲𝘅𝘁 𝗹𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗹 by 𝗲𝘅𝗽𝗹𝗼𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗯𝗲𝘆𝗼𝗻𝗱 the experience that dancers may get in the everyday class. 📈 On Day 1, I held a mock audition, setting the scene for an experience that simulates what working professional dancers do on a daily basis. ✔️ We also sat down for some real talk - 𝗜 𝗹𝗼𝘃𝗲 𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘆 𝗰𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗜 𝗴𝗲𝘁 𝘁𝗼 𝘀𝗽𝗲𝗮𝗸 𝘁𝗼 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗴 𝗱𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲𝗿𝘀 𝗳𝗿𝗼𝗺 𝗺𝘆 𝗵𝗲𝗮𝗿𝘁, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘁𝗼 𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗱 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗺 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗽𝗼𝘄𝗲𝗿 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘁𝗿𝘂𝗹𝘆 𝗱𝗼𝗲𝘀 𝗹𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵𝗶𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗺𝘀𝗲𝗹𝘃𝗲𝘀. ❤️‍🔥

In this industry, it’s crucial to have mentors who 𝗴𝗲𝗻𝘂𝗶𝗻𝗲𝗹𝘆 care and who enjoy investing in something beyond just themselves. 💯 Ever since I was young, I’ve always had a passion for motivating dancers to be their 𝗯𝗲𝘀𝘁 𝘀𝗲𝗹𝘃𝗲𝘀, and for bringing out their 𝘀𝗽𝗮𝗿𝗸𝗹𝗲 for the whole world to see. 💖✨ So, sharing this space with my students at #ShapedbyNika was 𝘁𝗿𝘂𝗹𝘆 𝘀𝗽𝗲𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗹, from every angle. 🙏🏼🫶🏼

Dancers, thank you for your 𝗮𝗺𝗮𝘇𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗲𝗻𝗲𝗿𝗴𝘆. I was so impressed by how focused everyone was throughout the weekend.
