In the world we want tomorrow, society is inclusive — our vision for the future embraces diversity and fosters inclusivity. Central to that journey is the commitment to challenge and dismantle gender stereotypes.

It’s why we’re resharing this discussion between scientist and molecular biologist Dr. Raven Baxter and seasoned academic and expert in organizational development and transformation Dr. Lynn Perry Wooten with our Global Vice President of People and Organization for Mars Wrigley Becky Snow. When we talk about the ways in which gender stereotypes have the potential to hold women back, we’re getting at the crux of #GenderEquity in leadership.
