Sometimes I get lucky and there are hardly any mosquitoes. BUT, when they come for me, I use insect repellent or wear a bug jacket. Some insect repellents that have worked well for me are Badger anti-bug spray and Zevo mosquito repellent lotion! Overall, I think there are pros and cons to every season when it comes to camping. I've learned to roll with it and embrace what each season brings.
