米茄子1本(普通の茄子なら2本)→ラップして600w2分→裏返して2分
ピーマン4個(フォークで穴開ける)→ラップして600w1分〜
たれ→ぽん酢大3、砂糖大1/2、ごま油大1/2、生姜、ごま、赤唐辛子など
1 big eggplant… Microwave at 600w for 2 min. with a plastic wrap… turn over and for 2 min.
4 green peppers(prick with a fork)… Microwave at 600w for 1~ min. with a wrap
Sauce… 3 tbsp Ponzu sauce, 1/2 tbsp sugar, 1/2 tbsp sesame oil, ginger, sesame and chili flakes…
