I recently made these delicious banana protein slices and they turned out pretty good, they gave me the feeling of a banana brownie (if there's such a thing?!).
Though mine turned out a bit too dry to my liking, so I adjusted the recipe a bit.

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees celsius

2 ripe bananas
1 egg
3 tbsp syrup or honey
1 dl peanut butter
1 tsp vanilla powder
2 dl almond flour
1-2 scoops vanilla protein powder (depends on how big your spoon is)
1/2 tsp baking powder
1 dl dark chocolate chips

1. In a big bowl mix all the wet ingredients.
Smash the bananas and mix in the egg, syrup/honey and peanut butter.
Add all the dry ingredients.
2. Vanilla powder, almond flour, baking powder and vanilla protein powder.
3. Fold in the chocolate chips.

Pour the batter into an 27x18cm baking tray with parchment paper and bake at 180 degree celsius for 15-17 min.
Let it cool completely before cutting it into squares.
