When the first coffee shop @ジェイソン・ムラーズ tried to play at wouldn’t let him because he had no audience, his second choice ended up being packed until the first place came calling back.

Not only that: Mraz played it for years and would come back to play there even once he started making albums to see if his songs really would connect with others before he recorded them.

“When you’re alone and you’re recording, it’s the best song in the world. And then you take it into a room and you play it for people and you realize this is the worst song in the world.”
