もう15年以上前からお邪魔している“石頭楼（スートーロー）”さんで胡麻油香る絶品の石鍋を食べました！
台湾で人気の石鍋は、胡麻油でさっと炒めた豚肉、牛肉を野菜や海鮮と一緒に石の鍋で煮込んだお鍋で、やみつきになる美味しさです！
今回もデラうまでした！
