I met up with a Japanese friend there who happened to be visiting New Orleans. She said, "I came all the way to New Orleans for this restaurant." What enthusiasm, I was allowed to join her. The sandwich I ate was one of the best I have ever had! I had a brain-shaking experience as soon as I ate it. The restaurant is fun and friendly, and such a way of creation is possible. I was very impressed! It was delicious!
