Yukari Suzuki, our Director, Senior Executive Officer, and Chief D&I Officer, gave a keynote lecture at the Vision Network by Female Governors and Mayors held alongside the G7 Ministerial Meeting on Gender Equality and Women's Empowerment. She said, “Shiseido positions Diversity and Inclusion (D&I) as an important business strategy as it aims to realize a society where everyone can live life being true to themselves.
Moreover, the promotion of women’s empowerment leads to the creation of an environment where anyone can fulfil their potential.”

G7男女共同参画・女性活躍担当大臣会合にあわせて栃木県で開催された女性首長によるびじょんネットワークで、当社取締役常務チーフD&Iオフィサーの鈴木ゆかりが基調講演を行いました。
