There is nothing like a @トム・ブラウン show, and now, a Thom Browne couture show. The designer made his couture debut earlier this month in Paris, stunning the audience with a moving show and story. The narrative of this show consisted of a woman waiting at a train station, watching couture-clad passersby as she pondered on whatever is taking up her mind. There’s a myriad of gray suits, and a few underwater motifs to underscore her drowning in her sorrows. “Things are not always so happy,” says Browne when we spent the day with him ahead of the show.
