雑穀と豆入りサラダとそうめん。
I had some somen noodles that I was about to use, so I boiled them softly and then cooled them in ice water and ate them with leftover dashi broth. The toppings were chopped molokheiya leaves and natto (fermented soybeans), both chopped with a knife and finely chopped. The salad is made of steamed cereals and beans.
