This partnership with @FIFPROafrica and @ILO appealed to me, because we educate and empower young players, who will no longer be fooled by fake agents. Africa needs young talented players to grow up in the continent.

Of course infrastructure development, respect of the players salaries and well organised Federations would also help because not all of the talents will go abroad but we need to create a better environment for the others to stay in their countries and still make a living from their football career.
