円いレース型のチュイルをアクセントに、あら川の桃を食べやすくスライスカットしたトップ部分は食べ応えも抜群。グラスの中には、桃のソルベの周りをまるくくりぬいた桃がぐるりと囲みます。カシスシャンティ、紅茶のクランブルと桃のジュレやジャムの相性の良さを最後のひとくちまでお楽しみください。

Arakawa peach parfait with a lovely pale pink gradation. The top portion of Arakawa peaches, cut into easy-to-eat slices, is accented with a round, lace-shaped tuile, and is very satisfying. Inside the glass, a peach sorbet is surrounded by rounded peaches. Please enjoy the good combination of blackcurrant Chantilly, black tea crumble and peach jelly or jam until the last bite.
