今から30年ほど前、私が東海テレビ事業でサラリーマンをしていた頃、とても仲良くしてもらっていた映画評論家の“おすぎとピーコ”のおすぎさんに連れて来てもらったのが、ここ目黒にあるとんかつの“とんき”さんです。
檜の長いカウンターに横並びになってトンカツを食べると言うスタイルにも驚きましたが、その美味しさに感激した事を覚えています。
先日、無性にトンカツが食べたくなり、久し振りにお邪魔しましたが、相変わらず絶品のデラうまでした！

About 30 years ago, when I was a salaryman in the Tokai TV business, a very good friend of mine, the movie critic Osugi-san, introduced me to Tonki, a tonkatsu restaurant in Meguro, Tokyo.
I was surprised by the style of customers eating tonkatsu side by side at the long cypress counter, but I was deeply moved by the deliciousness of the tonkatsu.

The other day, I wanted to eat pork cutlet, so I went to "Tonki" for the first time in a while. It was "Dera-uma“ as usual! Awesome‼︎
