“‘Woman of color’ wasn’t even a term. I was trying to do something truly multicultural,” recalls @イマン・アブドゥルマジド of launching her global cosmetics brand, @imancosmetics, in the early ’90s, driven by her experiences on fashion shoots. Leading for change for Black models throughout her career, she also started The Diversity Coalition with @ナオミ・キャンベル and @bethannhardison a decade ago. “Talk is cheap, but who shows up? Who’s going to stand up and say, ‘I’m gonna be right with you when you’re protesting’?”, she asks.
