１日目。
南仏にて開催されている「アプソリュ　ロンジェビティ　リトリート」。
長寿化学　ロンジェビティの科学をもとに誕生しているランコム　スキンケアを体感しながら学びを深めています。
１日目はランコム　サイエンティスト　アニーブラック博士　@drannieblack からAMPK 長寿美肌研究についてのお話を。
そして未来の肌を予測し的確なスキンケアを取り入れるためのスキンスクリーンの体験をしました。
スキンケアコスメの進化を体感するたびに、　@abesawakobeauty さんの
「肌が老けることを忘れるかも」という言葉を思い出します。
肌は20%が遺伝、80%は環境といわれていますが、
まさに、肌は自分の手で美しく育てることができるのだと、更に期待が膨らみます。
