1. Belt Squat 6 x 10 - 12 Great exercise to target the quads without loading the spine, perfect if you have any lower back issues.

2. Horizontal Leg Press 6 x 10 - 12 Don’t get carried away when loading the weight, this is not your typical leg press, ensure smooth controlled reps.

3. Goblet Squat 6 x 10 - 12 Fantastic exercise for the quads, again without loading the spine. Elevate your heels for improved range of motion.

4. Leg Extension (single leg) 6 x 10 - 12 Single leg allows for a greater focus on the working muscle. By challenging one side of your body at a time, each side is forced to bear the load independently.
