People don’t always see that things aren’t destined to run smoothly, and when they do have a setback along the way they can go into some pretty dark places. I should know – I’ve been there. The one thing I learned above all else during this period was that in order to overcome a setback, you must first make time to grieve. Allowing yourself time to deal with your difficult feelings after a setback means you’re building towards coming to terms with it.
