There are so many things to do in Winnipeg this summer. Here are just five things to add to your list!
 
1. The Forks: @theforkswinnipeg has been a place of significance for over 6,000 years. Take a guided tour to learn more about the history or venture into The Forks Market to find vendors & shops, as well as the Market Food Hall.
 
2. The Leaf - Canada’s Diversity Gardens: Located in @assiniboine_park, the outdoor Gardens at The Leaf are made up of almost 30 acres of blooms and five themed areas.
 
3. The Exchange District: Whether you’re staying at a hotel within its limits or just visiting it for the day, the @exchangedistrictwpg maintains its charm with historic turn-of-the-20th-century warehouse buildings that are now home to boutiques, restaurants, cocktail bars and more.
 
4. Winnipeg’s Culinary Scene: Winnipeg is known for its food scene, so much so that it might be worth the trip alone. 5. Summer Festivals: Winnipeg is one of the most consistently sunny cities in Canada and we jam pack those sunny hours full of incredible summer festivals.
 
Often called the festival of the summer, the @winnipegfolkfestival attracts tens of thousands every year. Bringing together emerging and well-established artists, the Winnipeg Folk Fest is at its core, a celebration of folk music. July 6 to 9, 2023.
 
@folklorama is the largest multicultural event of its kind in the world. For 14 days in August, Folklorama offers just a small taste of cultures around the globe. Over 40 pavilions are scattered around the city in the two week period, Aug 6 to 19, 2023.
 
@redriverex has long been a staple of Manitoba summers. The Red River Ex is jam-packed with rides for all ages, carnival games and plenty of food vendors - June 16 to 25, 2023.
