I wasn’t ready for comments or judgment on my choices from strangers. I wasn’t willing to defend or have debates. As I protected myself, I realized how important it is to share and support women and empower them to make the choices they want when it comes to birth. I’m not saying the way I birth is right for everyone, but it works for me. Birth can be everything you want it to be and I encourage you to dig down deep inside and listen to your intuition. Follow your heart and do what feels right. I promise you with my whole heart, it will guide you in the right direction. Right now more than ever it is so important to do your homework and have conversations and educate yourself when it comes to birth.
