エースホテル京都にて5/20(土)まで開催されている、自然や文化に根ざした創作料理を提供することで名高いレストラン「noma (ノーマ)」のインスタレーションの一部を制作協力しました。昆布の森をイメージした装飾となっています。

We cooperated in the production of a part of the installation at "noma" a restaurant renowned for its creative cuisine rooted in nature and culture, which is being held at Ace Hotel Kyoto until May 20. The installation was inspired by kelp forest.
