エンダースキーマさんのインスタグラム写真 - (エンダースキーマInstagram)「隙間は、ジュリアン・コロンビエによる「Hopepunk」を開催します。 フランス・パリを拠点に活動するコロンビエは、1972年生まれ。ブラックキャンバスにパステルやチョーク、アクリルを用い、独自の絵画世界を描くことで知られています。幾何学的なモチーフと植物などを反復的に布置することで描かれる、緻密に圧縮された画面は、具象的でありながらグラフィカルな抽象性を持っています。また、近年はファッションやラグジュアリー、クラフトなど美術とは異なる分野で活躍するブランドやクリエーターなどとも積極的にコラボレーションを行っています。 本展「Hopepunk」は、日本では2016年以来となるコロンビエのソロ・エキシビジョンです。 日本で経験した出来事や日本と自身の関係性、それらが作品にどのような影響を与えてきたかを探るようにつくったという本展は、アーティストのアイコニックなモチーフを用いながら、今回のため新たに制作された新作を発表します。  隙間 presents 「Hopepunk」 by Julien Colombier. Based in Paris, France, Colombier was born in 1972. He is known for his unique world of painting, using pastels, chalk and acrylics on black backgrounds. His densely compressed paintings, created by the repetitive fabrication of geometric motifs and plants, have a figurative yet graphically abstract quality.
