I remember when we first reached out to him we wanted to reimagine one of his 90s rock posters as show that mishka would of put on at a venue and like kozik did it for that time. ya dig? It would be easier to explain. Anyway years later when I finally got to meet Frank in person we developed a bond as he really like what we were doing and he was interested in collaborating. Frank did some amazing work with us @kidrobot I remember one of the first projects he did when he became creative director was the do an entire Mishka Dunny Series! It just over time became more of a friendship then just a collaboration with another artist. Frank was a mentor to me, wether it was talking to me about Man’s Ruin going bankrupt when I am calling him about my brand going bankrupt and his encouragement of keep on fighting. Frank was a giant in the underground art scene culture low brow punk rock weirdo circus soft vinyl hardcore car club hells angels motherfuckers! real artist with real fucking values! Cares about the art but also the artist making FUCKING MONEY! and he never hid it when he was doing it for the love or for the $$!
