５月５日（金）～６日（土）、#水陸機動団 等から６名の隊員がブルネイにおける「英海兵隊展開演習パシフィック・ダガー２３」にオブザーバー参加し、日英水陸両用部隊間の関係を強化しました。また、同研修にあわせて、#陸上自衛隊 として初めて在ブルネイ英陸軍（第１王立グルカライフル大隊及びジャングル戦学校）を訪問し、日英陸軍種間の関係を強化しました。陸上自衛隊は今後も #英海兵隊 及び #英陸軍 との関係を更に深化させ、#インド太平洋地域 の平和と安定に寄与してまいります。🇯🇵🇬🇧

“JGSDF Observed Royal Marines’ Exercise PACIFIC DAGGER 23 in Brunei.”　
From 5 to 6 May of 2023, JGSDF Amphibious Rapid Deployment Brigade and the related units sent six soldiers to Brunei Darussalam to participate as an observer to the Royal Marines’ Exercise PACIFIC DAGGER 23 for the advanced relationship of amphibious units for both countries.
The members also made the JGSDF’s first visit to the British Force Brunei (1st Battalion of The Royal Gurkha Rifles and Jungle Warfare Division). Japan-UK’s Army community made further progress during the period.
Now JGSDF is fully determined to closely team up with RM and BA to commit to peace and security in the Indo-Pacific region.🇯🇵🇬🇧
