オレゴン大学の陸上部で活躍したフィル・ナイトと、同大学の陸上コーチだったビル・バウワーマンが共同設立したNIKE。ご存じの通り、ランニングをブランドのアイデンティティに位置付け、設立当初から現在に至るまで数え切れないほどのランニングシューズを発売してきました。その中で、AIR VOMEROは総合的に高い機能を備えるランニングシューズとして2007年に誕生。そして、その万能型モデルを長距離ランにも耐え抜くようにアップデートを重ねたのがZOOM VOMERO 5。
