This journey also means that I have parted with dozens of times that many gems without buying them. Then one day, I met a gemstone. It was a Mandarin garnet. The loose stone had a large crack inside that was visible to the naked eye. The cracks made the gemstone unique and enhanced the garnet's bright orange glow. It was a piece that could never be sold to customers. But to me, it looked the most promising in the world. So, I secretly bought it and made a ring. Later on, something unexpected happened. People were as fascinated by its brilliance as I was. After a long journey, I realized there are no standards for the beauty of gemstones.
