When designer Ken Fulk (@kenfulk) bought this late-19th-century cottage, it was considered the Grey Gardens of Provincetown, he says. “Everybody would walk by it and gasp. But I would walk by and say, ‘Look at that place!’” Cut to the finished renovation, which Fulk and his husband lovingly restored with restraint and respect for the past. Here, a guest is welcomed at the front door by colorful shutters (painted in Benjamin Moore’s Chrome Green), a vintage sign made into a bench, and a bright white sconce.
