🥕 My 3-in-1 carrot wafflakes. This carrot recipe takes on three different personalities.

Simple changes in prep and additions mean you get a starter, dessert, and snack all from the same recipe (which means this is a wonder in terms of washing up!):

🍰 Carrot cake: add a generous dollop of yoghurt, a drizzle of maple syrup, and a grating of cinnamon for a wonderfully light dessert.

🥞 Carrot pancakes: once flipped in your pan and topped with slices of radish and greens this becomes a really unique starter.

🦕 Carrot dino waffles: in my house, waffles have to be dinosaur shaped and these carrot dinosaurs are a great treat. Thank you to @kongessloejd for making this feat of engineering (not gifted).

These are also great for kids (and adults too) because the recipe is packed with great nutritious ingredients, while still tasting so delicious.
