Despite its common name, this seal doesn't actually consume crabs. Instead, its specialized teeth allow it to gulp down water and siphon out tiny krill, which make up more than 90% of its diet. Found primarily in the Antarctic, the crabeater seal is one of the most abundant seal species in the world.
