Im working on this new trick! It is tough! I can’t tell you guys how much footage I have on this 🤣 here’s the thing though, you can tell how frustrated I am in this video by this face 😑 but I made progress in this one session. Im not where I’m at yet with this movement but I am closer. Remember when you’re going into your week it may now be perfect, you may not do exactly what you want to do but DONT GIVE UP! Every bit you put into working towards your goal is important and it counts like you wouldn’t believe! Don’t give up because you future self will thank you. And also, how incredible does it feel when you reach a goal that was truly so hard to reach. One that didn’t just take physical strength but so much more mental strength?
