Along with my crazy camping buddies Rob @raksasamods and Julia @pupfishlittlefeather, we were lucky to sleep in the trees, feel the rain, get woken up in the middle of the night by the song of the intense orchestra of bugs, and most importantly get to know this wonderful tribe even for just a little bit. I know it’s not popular to say but the ecosystem is fragile. I’ve seen It. Clear cutting as far as u can see, endless plantations of palm oil and eucalyptus, driving out all the wildlife and ancient tribal ways, completely changing the dynamic of one of the longest continuous rainforests we have.
