はたゆりこさんのインスタグラム写真 - (はたゆりこInstagram)「Café de Nicole（カフェドゥニコル） ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ 友達がオーナーを務める高円寺のケーキ屋さん「Café de Nicole」に行ってきました♩ ショーケースに並ぶケーキは芸術的で華やかで心が躍るケーキばかり！外観や内装、食器やメニューもオシャレで可愛くて、隅から隅までこだわりが感じられました🥰 私がいただいたのは「アールグレイとサワークリームとフルーツのミルフィーユ」なんと3日間かけて丁寧に手織りしたパイ生地を使用しているそうで、ざくざく・さくさくとした食感をしっかり楽しめます。パイ好きとしてはたまらなかった😋💕 アールグレイクリームがすごく美味しくて爽やかな柑橘ともマッチして本当に美味しかったです。ミルフィーユはケーキの中でも特に好きなもののひとつなんですが、今まで食べたミルフィーユで一番好きです🥰 I visited Café de Nicole, a cake shop in Koenji owned by my friend. I had the "Earl Grey, Sour Cream and Fruit Millefeuille" The pie dough is carefully hand-woven over three days, so you can enjoy the crispy texture of it. For a pie lover, it's just irresistible. The Earl Grey cream was so delicious and really matched with the fresh citrus as well. Millefeuille is one of my favorite cakes, and this is the best one I've ever had!
