Here is the run down and it’s only 25 minutes (trust me you will feel it haha):

✌🏽45 sec of high knees + 15 sec rest x4
✌🏽45 sec of jumping squats + 15 sec rest x4
✌🏽45 sec intercalating jumping lounges + 15 sec rest x4
✌🏽45 sec of skaters + 15 sec rest x4
✌🏽30 sec reverse lounge-front kick each leg + 15 sec rest x4
✌🏽45 sec jumping jack squat + 15 sec rest x4
