ノリタカタテハナさんのインスタグラム写真 - (ノリタカタテハナInstagram)「小石川後楽園で開催中の「江戸東京リシンク展」に出展中のコラボレーション作品のご紹介。 Introduction of collaborative works currently on display at the "Edo Tokyo Rethink Exhibition" at Koishikawa Korakuen Gardens. 舘鼻則孝 × 新江戸染丸久商店 1970年代に丸久商店が発表した貴重な歴史的資料に収録されている図案に、舘鼻則孝氏が雷雲のモチーフを描き足すことで完成させた作品。注染と呼ばれる伝統技法で染め上げられた本作は、1枚の型紙にもかかわらず多くの鮮やかな色彩で同時に染め上げることが可能な技法の特性を活かした内容となっている。舘鼻氏がモチーフとして選んだのは、日本舞踊の長唄「雨の五郎」にまつわる「五郎蝶」。日本の芸事に関連する意匠は、丸久商店が代々継承してきた代表的なものでもある。 Noritaka Tatehana x Shin Edozome Marukyu Shoten Noritaka Tatehana drew a motif of thundercloud using the design based on the valuable historical material published by Marukyu Shoten in the 1970s, to complete this work. It was dyed using a traditional stencil dyeing technique called "Chusen". This technique makes it possible to dye a fabric in various vivid colors simultaneously using a single stencil. "Goro Cho", which Tatehana chose as his motif, is related to the Japanese dance nagauta, a kind of traditional Japanese music, "Ame no Goro".
