I have no time in my life for anything other than health and true, deep, authentic wellbeing from the very core of each fiber of my constitution. I have no time to macerate in melancholy, nostalgia or pain anymore. I choose a life of health and wealth. I accept to see myself in my totality, shadows, anger, rage and sadness included and to bath all of it in the light of my acceptance. Yet it no longer holds me back. Pain had become my identity and I didn’t know who I was without it. In fact, as an artist I felt like I wasn’t interesting without continuous existential suffering and pain. I let go of these beliefs. This book is a reclamation. This book is a transformative text which I believe can remind you of who you truly are.
