じゃん♪ お友達と一緒に市場に行って、牡蠣をゲットして、海に持っていってパクパク食べながら素敵な時間を過ごしたよ〜❕🦪 ✨そのあとはさむーい冬の海に全身入ってクレンズをしたの❕🌊

すっごく寒かったけど、1分後には体の内側から暖かさがでてきて、すっごくすっきりした❕

その時に思ったのは、、、できないかも❕って思っていることをできるかも❕っておもって自分を信じて行動してみると、心と体にプレゼントがやってくるのかもって思ったよ❕🌱

After that, we went into the cold sea and cleansed our soul and mind🌊
