Okay you guys I just had to get on here and a brag about @burnbootcampamericanforkut for a sec. They have really helped me find my way back into working out after retiring from gymastics. I took a year off after the Olympics and had no idea where to start. All my friends and Instagram buddies where posting such great things about burn so I thought I had to try it for myself. If you know me you know I hate working out & my first day at burn totally change that for me! The trainers are amazing and the workouts are different everyday and you never repeat the same workout twice! Grateful for the friends I have made and for the burn community!
