If this your mindset you are not the good guy. You’re not any more noble. Emotional black mail and defending others that would psychologically abuse a child is sick. And you know the worst part? He’s probably right. There is a good chance some cruel child that wasn’t brought up right will show my content to my children. And many will see me as the one to blame. Not the parents that failed to teach love, compassion, and empathy to their child, that is a bully. I am unsure what that day will look like but I am certain that my husband and I will arm them with every tool and skill set possible to be able to handle the news, and your bully of a child.
