ヨルグ・バーホーベンさんのインスタグラム写真 - (ヨルグ・バーホーベンInstagram)「𝐂𝐚𝐭𝐚𝐥𝐮𝐧𝐲𝐚 𝐃𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐦𝐢𝐧' a good start... 🙉 So I’m here in Catalunya, ready to climb every day, but now it seems I’m injured already 😳🤦‍♂️ Day 1 arriving here, I tried to do an activation session after the long drive (ok the session escalated a little 😆), and hurt my ring finger hangboarding. It didn’t seem bad at first, and I kept climbing for a week, doing bad weather sessions in the gym with the locals, while working to rebuild Oliana on rest days. But then it got from bad to worse, and now it’s swollen and painful, so I stopped climbing 😑. I’m super bummed, since the weather is prime, I feel fit, and the season just started, but I’ve had my fair share of injuries and I know I shouldn’t rush them. So right now I’m trying to get a diagnosis (any ideas to get an ultrasound on short term?), while taking a break from climbing. My abs and right biceps are gonna go nuts, since it’s the only thing I can do at the moment 😂 📸 @pinopictures」12月21日 2時50分
