Long fast serve tutorial!
1. Contact the ball on the lowest point possible after tossing, near the surface - for the lowest possible bounce
2. The bounce on your side of the table should be as near the “base line” as possible. In this case the pink line.
3. Hit the ball as long as you can and if it goes out, adjust the angle of your paddle rather than the power or speed of the serve! It’s very possible to serve super fast if you get the timing right!
