屬美於さんのインスタグラム写真 - (屬美於Instagram)「そして最後は私の師匠Hamish❤️ なにも分からず不安な気持ちなまま初めてアシュタンヨガロンドンのシャラに練習に行き、Hamishが中に入りなよ！と暖かく迎え入れてくれてから早一年。正直、身体が痛い日や気持ちが落ち込んだ日もあるし、自分のオンラインクラスとアシスタントの仕事や練習をバランスするのは難しいことはありましたが一度も練習に行きたくないと感じた日はありませんでした。なぜなら毎日毎朝笑顔で迎えてくれるHamishや一緒に練習をする仲間がいたから。辛い日や苦しい日も、嬉しい日も全てが私のかけがえのない思い出です。夢だったアシスタントのお仕事もさせて頂いて感無量です。私もヨガをお伝えさせて頂く立場としてhamishの様な先生になりたいと思いました。彼の努力とハートで守られるスタジオと彼の元で練習をするみんながいる場所は素晴らしいものです。手のかかる生徒でしたが本当にありがとうございました🌈🌈🌈🌈また必ず練習をしに戻ります！ And last but not least my teacher Hamish❤️. It's been a year since I first went to Ashtanga Yoga London to practice at the shala, unsure of what to expect, and Hamish warmly welcomed me inside. It's been a year since I was warmly welcomed by Hamish. To be honest, there have been days when my body ached and I felt down, and it was difficult to balance my online classes with my work and practice as an assistant. Not once did I have a day where I felt like I didn't want to go to practice. Because every day I had Hamish to greet me with a smile every morning and my colleagues to practice with. All the hard days, the difficult days and the happy days are my precious memories. I am very happy to have been able to work as an assistant, which was my dream job. I would like to be a teacher like Hamish as I am in a position to share yoga with you. It is wonderful to have a studio protected by his hard work and heart and a place where everyone practises under him.
