I have been getting questions on skin and hair care so despite the backlash I may get I will drop some knowledge. I never had good skin growing up.. So I had to learn to take care of it. Investing in a solid facial wash, moisturizer twice a day, use a face scrub once a week, drink a ton of water and eat healthy fats. I love @kiehl's products and and the make a great traveling kit. Also remember to use sunscreen and don't over use the tanning bed!! #swoldier skin care
