In my behind-the-scenes role as Coach and as part of the Producing Team on @goodtrouble, and before that @thefosterstv, I have experienced the extraordinary and rare opportunity to learn from brilliant directors — from new visionaries to established maestros of the medium. During the over 150 episodes that I have been a part of this television family, I have taken notes, asked dumb questions and absorbed all that I could about the mechanics of shaping story and capturing a good tale. So, as I enter the ranks of the kick ass story tellers that are the @directorsguild membership, I send thanks to all of my teachers. Everything that is good on that screen, I learned from you. And everything that’s not — What are you talking about?
