I want to share a few of my go-to verses that help me focus on God particularly when the going gets tough. I camp my mind on what scripture says, meditate over it and redirect my thoughts to God’s word when I feel negative or down.

There are a lot of hard things going on in the world. I’m not addressing anything in specific nor minimizing any tragedies. This little series of videos are simply to help you focus on the scriptures that help me hold my thoughts captive.
Today’s scripture is Philippians 4:6-9.
