Test after test, month after month with no answers we finally came to one answer, breast implant illness. Did I know if removing my implants would help my symptoms? No. But did I think it was a coincidence that 100’s of 1000’s of women were suffering from the same symptoms? No. Of course I still had my doubts, even after seeing my inflammation scans! It’s a big decision to make for anyone. I was willing to try anything to help the state I was in mentally and wow am I happy I made that decision. Fast forward to 12 days post op and the majority of my symptoms have subsided. Its hard to even believe myself 😯 My eye sight has improved so much my prescription doesn’t even work, I haven’t had any 5uicidal thoughts or even a smidge of anxiety once. I don’t even know myself. This is going to be one hell of a journey, but i’m just grateful to get out of bed in the morning and not be in physical and mental pain.
