長濱 治（ながはま おさむ）
1941年名古屋市生まれ。多摩美術大学彫刻科卒業。写真家・立木義浩氏のアシスタントを経て、1966年よりフリーランスの写真家として活動。1960年代末から、主に海外のロックフェスティバルやカウンター・カルチャー周辺を撮影。他にファッション、広告、ポートレイトなどの分野でも活躍。

Ever since I was young, I always wanted to go on a road trip like in Jack Kerouac’s On the Road. I had the opportunity to drive across America between the 70s and 90s on various occasions and I took photographs to document my travels. My photos captured the flow of time during my journey of being on the road, traveling to a city, and then getting back on the road again.
I took these photos by traveling to these places on my own, but with the help of different people and happy accidents, they became unforgettable photos.

Osamu Nagahama
Born in 1941 in Nagoya. After graduating from the Department of Sculpture at Tama Art University, he became an assistant to photographer Yoshihiro Tatsuki. He went freelance as a photographer in 1966, and has been shooting international rock festivals and counterculture since the late 60s, as well as fashion, advertising, and portraits.
