In celebration of seeing quad skates making a steady comeback at skateparks in recent years, here is one of the pioneers of vert rollerskating: @fredbloodsports. I skated with Fred a few times, and even rode his signature wheels once I got on Dogtown. This footage is from 1980; he did the first 540 in a pool three years beforehand. And the Oasis keyhole channel was conquered by only a few brave explorers.
